Anyone been to Cape Town? Any hotel recommendations? How tough is it getting to/from the airport?

They came really close, I think things have gotten a lot better recently.

I had heard a while back there was quite a bit of unrest. There is a travel advisory, but it’s level 2 which amounts to “ don’t be a dumbass”.  I think things were probably worse a few months back when the drought had them to the point they were on the verge of running out of water.
